Terms of use and privacy

1. What BoraDePasseio is
BoraDePasseio is an intermediary platform connecting travellers with independent tourism businesses: agencies, guides, transport operators, restaurants, parks, shows and others. BoraDePasseio does not organise or operate the tours, transfers, packages, experiences, tickets or meals listed.
2. Responsibility for the product
Each product is offered and operated by, and is the responsibility of, the company shown on the product page and voucher: safety, quality, schedules, vehicles, guides, food, licences and delivering what was advertised. Questions about the service should be sent directly to the company using the contact on the voucher.
3. Price and payment
Prices are set by the company and are the same as at its local office. Travellers pay no booking fee; BoraDePasseio receives a commission from the company. A booking is only confirmed after payment. Seats are held for a few minutes while you pay; without payment the booking is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
4. Voucher
After payment you receive a voucher with a code and QR code, to be shown to the company (on your phone or printed). It can be used once. There are two kinds, shown before purchase: (a) date-specific, valid only on the chosen date and time; (b) open-dated, usable on any allowed day until it expires, following the product rules. What happens to an unused open-dated voucher after expiry (credit or loss) is set by the company and shown before purchase.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Online purchases may be withdrawn within 7 days, provided it is before the service date or first use of the voucher, with a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49). After that, each product's cancellation policy applies, shown before payment and on the voucher. If the company cancels (weather, minimum group, operational issues), you are entitled to a full refund or a new date, at your choice.
6. No-shows
Not showing up on the date and time of a date-specific voucher, without cancelling within the product policy, does not entitle a refund unless the company's rules say otherwise.
7. Reviews and reports
Listings go through automatic checks of text and photos. Anyone can report a listing or company; reports are reviewed by our team, which may remove the listing or suspend the company. Requests to pay outside the platform should be reported: BoraDePasseio only guarantees what is paid through the site.
8. Personal data
We use name, email, phone, country and participant details only to make the booking, issue the voucher, send notices by email and WhatsApp, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Data is shared only with the company responsible for the product and with providers needed for the service (payments, hosting, messaging). We do not sell data. You can request access, correction or deletion through the site's support channels, in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).
9. Partner companies
Companies declare that their registration details are true and that they hold the permits required to operate. They agree to keep prices, availability and information up to date, honour sold vouchers, not charge unadvertised extras and not ask for payment outside the platform. New companies may have a daily sales limit until their first bookings are completed. Breaches may lead to removal of listings or suspension.
10. Sellers
Sellers recommend products and earn a commission on sales made through their link or login. They are not employees of BoraDePasseio or of the companies and may not take payments from customers on their behalf.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated; the version valid for each purchase is the one in force on the payment date.
